Our thinking

The future of commerce should have room for the shop next door.

Why we’re building Eazeo, and why independent businesses deserve better access to technology.

A good local restaurant already has something difficult to copy: people who care about the food, regulars who know the team, and a place in the neighbourhood. Technology should make that relationship easier to sustain.

The opportunity is in the everyday

A customer wants to ask a question, find something nearby, and place an order. A business wants to serve that customer without losing the evening to scattered messages and manual follow-ups.

Those two needs should fit together. Too often, they do not.

Our starting point is restaurants

Restaurants make the problem concrete. A conversation becomes an order. An order needs accurate items, a usable address, an operational handoff, and a clear status. The experience has to work for the kitchen as well as the customer.

Eazeo’s mission is to make local commerce effortless through conversation. We’re building an intelligence layer around that journey, beginning with WhatsApp ordering for restaurants.

A bigger ambition

Over time, we want local businesses to have better ways to be discovered, communicate, and transact. Restaurants are the beginning of that work.

We’re building with a simple principle: useful technology should strengthen the local business behind the transaction.

Useful today

Alongside the product, we’re sharing free calculators, checklists, and playbooks. They are small, practical ways to help owners make better decisions while we build the next chapter.
